Infrastructure should not just support learning — it should inspire it. At GDPS, every facility has been designed with a purpose: to extend what is possible inside a classroom, to invite students into a new skill, or to ensure that every child arrives, learns, and returns home safely.

Twenty-five acres of calm, green campus — deliberately away from traffic and urban noise — because the environment of learning matters as much as its content.

The Campus

Situated at 634/2, Eachanari–Chettipalayam Road, the GDPS campus spans 25 acres of well-maintained, traffic-free grounds. The location is deliberate: away from the congestion of the city, the campus offers a genuinely tranquil environment — one where students arrive unhurried and spend their day learning, not recovering from the commute.

Early Childhood — Li'l Oasis

The youngest learners on campus have their own dedicated world within it. Li’l Oasis is a purpose-designed Pre-KG and KG environment — stimulating, safe, and scaled to the developmental needs of children at the threshold of formal learning. The integrated Montessori lab promotes sensory development, fine motor growth, and early cognitive engagement through age-appropriate materials and child-centred activities.

Science Laboratories

  • Biology Lab — charts, models, and biological specimens that bring the living world into the classroom through direct observation and hands-on experiment
  • Chemistry Lab — well-equipped for safe, practical demonstrations that transform abstract equations into tangible understanding
  • Physics Lab — spacious and modern, designed to make theoretical concepts physically real and testable
  • Mathematics Lab — interactive kits and activities using colour, texture, and spatial reasoning to build genuine mathematical intuition beyond rote calculation

Technology & Innovation Spaces

  • Robotics Lab — in partnership with LEGO Mindstorms Education, introducing students from an early age to engineering thinking and systematic problem-solving
  • IT Lab (Computer Science, AI & Data Science) — advanced hardware and software environments supporting digital literacy and computational thinking
  • Tech Skill Lab — hands-on access to laser cutting, 3D printing, and mechatronics
  • Language Lab — a digital platform for developing listening comprehension and spoken English fluency
  • Metal lab — newly established, introducing precision manufacturing and industrial processes

Vocational & Creative Studios

  • Wood Turning Workshop & Carpentry Studio — in collaboration with Festool (Germany), students engage with real woodworking tools and techniques, building early engineering mastery through making
  • Automotive Engineering Lab — practical knowledge of vehicle systems, design principles, and emerging alternative fuel technologies
  • Tune and Tone Lab — a professional-grade recording studio for music production, sound engineering, and audio composition
  • Cookery Lab — fully ventilated and equipped, grounding culinary skill in the science of food
  • Shadow play — a newly established dedicated space for drama, voice, movement, and stagecraft

Sports & Wellness

  • Sprint Avenue — an eight-lane, 400-metre athletics track purpose-built for competitive and developmental purpose
  • Multi-purpose playfield supporting cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, kho-kho, and throwball
  • Indoor facilities for chess, carrom, and table tennis
  • Regular health screenings by a trained paramedical professional, with emergency support from Gedee Hospital

Student Support Facilities

  • Library — a well-stocked collection of books, journals, and multimedia resources to supplement and stretch classroom learning
  • Auditorium — a full-capacity performance and event space for school productions, competitions, and ceremonies
