The GDPS CNC Manufacturing Lab introduces students to precision manufacturing — one of the foundational technologies of modern industry, and one that very few schools in the country offer at this level. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is the process by which digital designs become physical objects with extraordinary accuracy, and it sits at the intersection of design, mathematics, programming, and engineering.
